1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships, plus a tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping ($5)
– USA: 7–15 business days
Standard Shipping on Orders $75+ (Free)
– USA: 7–15 business days
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.
Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
For lost or damaged shipments, contact info@getyoggy.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll file a claim and either replace or refund your order.
5. Address Changes & Order Cancellation
Need to update your shipping address? Email us within 6 hours of placing your order—once it’s in fulfillment, we can’t reroute.
To cancel before it ships, reach out within 2 hours of order confirmation.
6. Combined Orders & Split Shipments
If you place separate orders, they may ship separately—and arrive on different days.
We’ll always consolidate when possible to save you time and money.
